Book Review: The Sherlock and jack chronicles, by Liz Hedgecock

  Who doesn't like the stories of Sherlock Holmes? He's one of the best fictional characters in the whole English literature. He's the character that made mystery books more interesting, and more fun to read and explore. And here, Liz Hedgecock takes us into a brand new storyline, where Holmes is diving into a new excited mystery. The story is about Jack Hargreaves, an orphan girl, who came to work as an assistant to the infamous burglar in London, Fingers Mollloy, who in turn own a time machine. Sherlock Holmes, the smartest detective ever, is after him and doing all the efforts to find him. The story becomes more interesting in each chapter. And, the author knows very well how to link things together to make an exciting action-mystery combination.  1) Welcome to All Book Reviews! Glad to have you with us. First question is: What makes you write a guide to motivate people and share your own experience? I wanted to give an unmotivated generation of young adults something to read and apply. As a young author, sharing my life lessons felt like the right thing to do. 2) You say in your book that one must be unrealistic. How can you elaborate more this idea? And, do you think these huge unrealistic dreams can be accomplished in bad circumstances? 2. Being unrealistic means setting goals that scares you. When someone tells you to “be realistic” it is like putting a ceiling on your growth. We must take more calculated risks that are just outside our comfort zone. "Picture your younger self looking at you. Make that person proud". It's the most beautiful quote I've liked from "No Wasted Movement: Growing in discomfort " by Jared Givens. Jared Givens shares his own experience about all the journey he came through to get to his goal: loosing weight. He depicts his workout days, joining the gym, and how he worked on himself to reach fitness, and have a healthy life. "The journey is about growing" the author begins his book. Givens is providing us with the needed steps for improvement, and the guide to achieve goals. He's not saying it's easy to achieve and win every time, all he's saying is about consistency and the steps that everyone needs to follow and take, in order to make their dreams come true.
